FAQs:
What can P2I do for my organization?
The training has the potential to aid in tolerance building in your organization. P2I has been the key to changing an organization’s culture.
●     How does this training affect the participants who are chosen?
Participants consistently state that P2I allowed them to meet and better understand their co-workers; they would not otherwise have ever encountered.  The relationships that participants build with one another and the leadership skills they develop allow the P2I training to be an agent of change, creating a safer environment at your organization.
●     How much effort does this training require?
The P2I team takes care of as much of the preparation work as possible. Once an organization has decided to host a P2I training, administrators help find the funding for the training and select participants. The P2I team will work directly with the organization’s liaison to implement the P2I training.
●     How much does this training cost, and what does my organization get for our money?
The P2I training is a cost-effective way to address unconscious biases, inclusion, equity, and company culture issues. A full-day training is $5,000 and a half-day training is $2,500. We know how difficult it can be to find funds in this economy, and we encourage you to be creative in your thinking. We hope you will see the P2I training as a valuable tool to work through the funding challenge.
