Pathway 2 Inclusion (P2I)

Creating a Diverse, Inclusive, and Equitable Company Culture

Research shows that more inclusive companies have a higher cash flow and that diverse companies outperform homogeneous ones. According to Deloitte’s 2019 State of Inclusion survey,  a shocking “one in three said they ignored bias that they witnessed or experienced.” How do companies foster an inclusive culture that empowers their employees to confront bias?

Deloitte stated, “Organizations can arm their people with inclusive behaviors, setting the standard for an expectation for inclusion to be embedded in everyday interactions…the majority of today’s workforce demonstrates that they want to be involved in advancing inclusion– they just don’t know how.”

Pathway 2 Inclusion (P2I) provides the skills and training that your employees need to create an inclusive environment. Using evidence-based methods and equity, diversity, and inclusion facilitator, this training will accelerate your organization toward creating a culture of inclusion. P2I is an interactive seminar that empowers participants. This workshop will provide a framework to understand and explore the impact of identities in workplace interactions and relationships. It will present strategies and resources to better navigate and embrace cultural differences.

Statistics shows companies with an inclusive culture experience these economic benefits :
Benefits of building an organization’s cultural competence are:
  • Increases respect and mutual understanding among those involved.
  • Increases creativity in problem-solving through new perspectives, ideas, and strategies.
  • Decreases unwanted surprises that might slow progress.
  • Increases participation and involvement of other cultural groups.
  • Increases trust and cooperation.
  • Helps overcome the fear of mistakes, competition, or conflict. For instance, by understanding and accepting many cultures, everyone is more likely to feel more comfortable in general and less likely to feel the urge to look over their shoulders to be sure they are being “appropriate” in majority terms.
  • Promotes inclusion and equality.
Training Topics Include:
  • Addressing Unconscious Bias
  • Gender Equality
  • Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace
  • Inclusive Leadership Training
  • Understanding Diversity and Inclusion
  • Optimizing Diversity on Team
Each training is curated specifically for your company’s needs.
